Ambassador Tomašević attended the Annual Donor Dinner organized by the humanitarian volunteer organization "Small World Canada"

The charity dinner traditionally brings together members of the Serbian community and friends of Serbia in Canada with the aim of raising funds to support humanitarian and educational projects in Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.
Ambassador Tomašević congratulated the organizers on a successful evening and emphasized the importance of selflessness, unity, and the continuous engagement of our diaspora in nurturing ties with the homeland.
He particularly highlighted the fact that the organization “Mali svet Kanada” was awarded the Gold Medal of Merit by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Serbia in 2024, in recognition of its long-standing humanitarian work and exceptional contribution to strengthening the connection between the diaspora and the homeland.
