Ambassador Stefan Tomašević spoke with representatives of the Church and School Municipality “Saint Archdeacon Stephen” and the Serbian Sisters’ Circle in Ottawa. In the conversation, he emphasized the importance of building close relations with all institutions that bring together representatives of the Serbian diaspora.
He particularly emphasized the role of the Serbian Orthodox Church in the process of preserving national identity and culture. Modalities for improving cooperation in the context of promoting Serbian culture and art in Canada were also discussed.
