CONSULAR DAY IN WINNIPEG organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa
The Consular Day in Winnipeg will be held at the following times:
June 6, 2026 (Saturday) — from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Consular Day in Winnipeg will take place at the premises of the Serbian Orthodox Church Saint Sava, at the following address: 580 Talbot Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R2L 0R6.
Due to technical and time constraints, applicants are required to schedule an appointment in advance:
• by sending their request and appointment inquiry via email to: consular.ottawa@mfa.rs
For this purpose, you will need to provide the following information:
(1) full name,
(2) contact phone number and email address,
(3) description and number of requested consular services (number of applicants).
During the Consular Day, applications for consular services may be submitted. The list of available consular services can be found at: Embassy of Serbia in Ottawa – Consular Services
Please note that if there is a need for notarization of a power of attorney, it is necessary to submit in advance the text of the power of attorney in Word format, a copy of a valid identification document for identification purposes, and the exact address in Canada to: consular.ottawa@mfa.rs no later than Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Payment of the consular fee must be made as follows:
• obtain a Money Order at Canada Post or a Bank Draft from your bank payable to the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Personal checks are not accepted. The unified consular fee schedule for Canada can be downloaded here.
We will not be able to accept applications from parties without a scheduled appointment and the required documentation. We recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as possible, as consular services can only be provided to clients with a confirmed appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
