Improving the work of the Serbian National Academy in Toronto

Taking into account the history and importance of this organization, which has existed for 45 years, it was concluded that additional activities are necessary in order to make full use of its potential, both in terms of the quality of its cultural programs and by involving a larger number of people to help reaffirm its role. While touring the premises, Ambassador Tomašević expressed special gratitude to the President of the Serbian National Academy, Žarko Brestovac, as well as to long-standing members Dr. Rajko Radojević and Gordana Petković Laković, for their continuous dedication to preserving the reputation of this institution. We invite all our compatriots to contribute through their participation to improving the quality of the work of the Serbian National Academy. At the same time, the doors of this unique cultural center and gathering place for Serbs will always be open, through joint projects, to Canadians and members of other communities living in Canada.
