Announcement of the Exhibition “Sacred Sites to the Serbian People in Canada”

The exhibition entitled “Sacred Sites to the Serbian People in Canada,” by author Miodrag Miša Branković, will be held from September 2 to 6, 2026, in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Canada and with the support of Move Global/Telekom Srbija.
The project showcasing major Serbian sacred sites through the perspective of Serbian photographer Miša Branković was inspired by the need for additional spiritual and cultural connection of the Serbian people in the diaspora with the homeland and the sacred sites that represent the roots of Serbian spirituality.
The exhibition features 15 unique photographs that will be presented to the public in three Canadian cities. The exhibition in Ottawa will be held on September 5, 2026, as part of the Serbian Festival, thereby presenting this project as part of a broader program dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Serbian culture, tradition, and spiritual heritage in Canada.
