CONSULAR DAY IN MONTREAL organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa

On this occasion, all consular services can be performed except for the issuance and replacement of travel documents, i.e. passports. We draw your attention that, if there is a need for the certification of a power of attorney, it is necessary to submit the text of the power of attorney in Word format, a copy of a valid identification document for identification purposes, and the exact address in Canada to the email: consular.ottawa@mfa.rs no later than December 11, 2025.

We also inform that all interested parties should schedule an appointment in advance through the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa in order to receive the necessary forms and information, by phone at: 613 233 6280. We will not be able to accept requests from parties without a scheduled appointment and the required documents.
