CONSULAR DAY IN SHERBROOKE organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa

On this occasion, all consular services will be available, including the submission of applications for the issuance and replacement of biometric travel documents, i.e. passports. Please note that information on consular services is available at:

We also inform all interested applicants that it is necessary to schedule an appointment in advance through the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa in order to receive the required forms and information, by phone at 613 233 6280 or by email at consulаr.ottawa@mfa.ca .We will not be able to accept applications from clients who have not scheduled an appointment and do not possess the required documentation.
Please note that, if there is a need for notarization of a power of attorney, it is necessary to submit in advance the text of the power of attorney in Word format, a copy of a valid identification document for verification purposes, and the exact address in Canada, to consulаr.ottawa@mfa.ca , no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
Payment of consular fees must be made as follows:
• At Canada Post, obtain a Money Order, or at your bank obtain a Bank Draft, payable to Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Personal cheques are not accepted.
