CONSULAR DAYS IN VANCOUVER organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa
On this occasion, all consular services can be performed, including submitting requests for the issuance and replacement of biometric travel documents, i.e., passports. Please note that information on consular services is available at: https://ottawa.mfa.gov.rs/
We also inform all interested parties to schedule an appointment in advance through the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa in order to receive the necessary forms and information, either by phone at 613 233 6280 or by email at consular.ottawa@mfa.ca. Requests from parties without a scheduled appointment and the necessary documents cannot be accepted.
Please note that if there is a need for notarization of a power of attorney, it is necessary to submit the text of the power of attorney in Word format, a copy of a valid personal identification document, and the exact address in Canada to: consular.ottawa@mfa.ca no later than Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Payment of the consular fee must be made as follows:
- At Canada Post, prepare a Money Order, or at your bank, a Bank Draft, payable to the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Personal cheques are not accepted.
